  • Homey and spacious apartment rental of 70 sqm located close to the city centre, just steps from Passeig de Gracia and Manzana de Discordia architectural complex of the Modernist Barcelona district of Eixample.
  • Light 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 6th floor (equipped with lift) and has 2 sunny terraces with wonderful views of the city.
  • Two bedrooms: master bedroom decorated in classical style features some antique pieces of furniture; has a double bed with night tables with lamps and large wardrobe with mirror doors. The French windows of the bedroom open onto a large 35 sqm terrace.
  • Second bedroom in tiers is also quite generous is size; it has 2 single beds, wardrobe, shelves and a desk. The large sliding French windows open onto the same terrace of 35 sqm.
  • Living-dining room has access to another terrace of the apartment; it has 8 sqm and views of the typical flowers Catalan market of Mercado de la Concepcio.
  • The decoration of the living room combines white and violet colours, hardwood floors and the room is bathed in natural light provided by the large windows that occupy the two walls of the flat.
  • The room is furnished with a sofa, glass top round dining table with chairs, white TV furniture set, glass top coffee table and comfortable arm-chair.
  • The apartment also has fully equipped kitchen and entirely tiled bathroom with a bath, WC, wash basin and bidet.
  • There are two terraces in the apartment: the large one of 35 sqm is furnished with a round table with chairs and decorated with green plants; a perfect place to relax and sip some fresh cocktail after a long day of sightseeing.
  • The second terrace of 8 sqm has interesting views of the typical city market of Mercado de la Concepció where one can find a wide range of flowers and green plants as well as fresh vegetables and meat.
  • Daily cleaning services included from Monday to Friday.
  • Reception - open from 9 A.M. till 5 P.M.; there is also a possibility to store the luggage if your plane/train leaves late.

Neighbourhood description...
 
The apartment is located close to the city centre, in one of the most secure districts - Eixample; four blocks from Passeig de Gracia Avenue where one can start the Modernism route of Barcelona to explore the most famous art samples of Catalan architects.

Passeig de Gracia houses some of the neck-straining works of Antonio Gaudi such as Casa Batllo and La Pedrera. Passeig de Gracia is also an important commercial artery of the city; it overflows with boutiques, deluxe shops and world known franchises. Take a Tombus (special shop bus) that follows the shopping route of Barcelona.

Easy travel (two metro stops only, getting off at Plaza Cataluña) will take you to the vibrant Las Ramblas with its flower shops, street performers, artists exposing their works and even more.

Las Ramblas finishes right at the sea side, at the square of Columbus where you can choose whether to visit old port, the Aquarium or taste typical Spanish dishes at one of the hundreds of restaurants (there are 11.000 restaurants and bars currently in Barcelona).

Though the apartment itself has no parking, right in front of the building there is a public one open 24 hours a day.

The nearest metro station is 3 min. walk from the apartment; it is Girona - Yellow Line L4. Moreover taking metro at Girona station you can get off at Passeig de Gracia stop and take there a train that will deliver you directly to the airport.
