  • Lovely recently renovated studio located on the top floor of the typical Barcelona building with lift; the apartment is conveniently set close to one of the hippest avenues of Barcelona Paseo de Gracia.
  • Tastefully decorated the apartment bears urban style features such as brick wall which is combined with quality fittings: hardwood floors, wooden doors and panels, stylish furnishings.
  • Being located on the top of the building the apartment offers plenty of natural light due to the large French windows that open onto your spacious private terrace.
  • Sleeping area is furnished with a double bed, two night tables with lamps.
  • Living / dining area is stocked with a double sofa bed, arm-chair, and glass top dining table with four chairs, cupboard and flat screen TV.
  • Open plan kitchenette is perfectly equipped with all necessary kitchen ware and electrical appliances.

  • Spacious breezy terrace has a round table with chairs and chaise longue; it faces a typical grand inner and is perfect for chilling out after a long day sightseeing or shopping.

Neighbourhood description...
 
Very short stroll will take you to Paseo de Gracia, probably the hippest avenue of Barcelona that houses dozens of the chicest boutiques and shops; a few minutes more and you are at Plaza Cataluņa where start famous Las Ramblas and the oldest Barcelona neighbourhood full of history.

Passeig de Gracia is an important commercial artery of the city, it overflows with boutiques, deluxe shops and world known franchises. Take a Tombus (special shop bus) that follows the shopping route of Barcelona. Passeig de Gracia also houses some of the neck-straining works of Antonio Gaudi such as Casa Batllo and La Pedrera.

Easy travel ( one metro stop only) will take you to vibrant Las Ramblas with its flower shops, street performers, artists exposing their works and even more. Las Ramblas finishes right at the sea side, at the square of Columbus where you can choose either to visit old port, Aquarium or taste typical Spanish dishes at one of the hundreds of restaurants ( there are 11.000 restaurants and bars currently in Barcelona).

The nearest metro station is Passeig de Gracia ( L1, red line; L3 green line) which is also a train station where you can take a train leaving for airport.
