  • Centrally located studio, fully equipped and furnished with views of Las Ramblas avenue is a truly enviable Barcelona location for short term stays; be it a holiday, a short weekend break, business stay or a shopping spree.
  • Light compact studio is furnished with a sofa, TV furniture, double bed and a large wardrobe; a very particular shape of the building – a triangular one with a front tower – provides extra round shaped space (a kind of a glassed balcony) with large windows that open directly to Las Ramblas.
  • The glassed balcony features table and a couple of chairs so that you can sit and relax there while observing the Las Ramblas Avenue.
  • The studio has a fully equipped kitchenette with granite worktops; the kitchenette is stocked with all necessary kitchenwares and electrical appliances so that you can cook like at home; the eating zone has wooden dining table with plastic chairs for 4.
  • Entirely tiled bathroom has a bath with shower, WC and wash hand basin with oval layout.
  • Daily cleaning service included- from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

Neighbourhood description...
 
Just in front of the famous Las Ramblas and literally a stone’s throw away from Plaza Cataluña, the apartment is superbly located in the city. This is certainly one of the most enviable Barcelona locations, right in the heart of Gothic quarter so valuable by its historic sites.

Most of landmarks and major attractions are within walking distance of the apartment. Going out you will face bustling Las Ramblas full of life day and night; this 2 km long tree-lined avenue is broken up into five different ramblas (pedestrian avenues), which together form one of the best-known images of Barcelona and Cataluña.

It starts at Plaza Cataluña (Square of Cataluña) and ends at Barcelona’s harbour. While following down Las Ramblas, you will see lots of street performers, artists, little shops and stalls with flowers, birds etc.

Barrio Gotico (Gothic quarter) and El Borne neighbourhoods are just steps from the apartment; a maze of their old narrow streets houses important museums, churches and ancient building that bear features of Romanesque and Gothic quarter.

The nearest metro station is Plaza Cataluña which is also one of the important transport hubs that connects the centre to the rest of the city. Metro L3 (green line) and L1 (red line).
