How do I book an apartment?
 
See our quick guide to the booking process

  Once you have found the apartment you require, go to the 'Book This Apartment' area (on the right hand of the apartment page, next to the price list) and click the ¨Check the price¨ button. You will be taken to a price confirmation form. If you agree with all the prices given and want to continue, click the ¨Accept¨ button and you will be taken to a secure booking form.

Complete the booking form with the details required. It is important that you fill out all the fields. Once you are happy with your details, click 'SUBMIT' for your details to be sent securely to Way2Barcelona.com.

Important - On the booking form, please ensure that your e-mail address is correct. If your e-mail address is incorrectly typed in, we will be unable to respond to your request.

Acknowledgment page - Once you have pressed 'submit' and your details are all correct, you will be taken to an acknowledgment page. This is an automated process that guarantees that the details have been submitted.

Confirmation e-mail - Once your booking has been received, the apartment will be reserved, subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation e-mail telling you of your confirmed apartment booking and providing you with all the details you need. You will also receive a booking reference number and the address of the apartment.

How do I pay for the apartment?
 
For confirmation of your reservation usually you are required to pay 20% of prepayment. You can pay this amount by credit card using our secure online booking form. We accept payment by credit cards (Visa, EuroCard/MasterCard), payment by PayPal and via bank transfer.
How do I know that a web site is secure?
 
In order to be sure the website you are using is secure, pay your attention to the following details: First, be sure that the URL address starts with https (and not with http as normally), that will indicate that the website you are trying to connect is secure.



Second, the padlock icon should appear at the bottom of your browser window, though please take into consideration that depending on the URL type, padlock icon sometimes may not appear or may vary.



When you are making a payment via Way to Barcelona Apartments, you access a secure window, where you are asked to introduce your credit card details. At the same window you will also see the total cost of the apartment rented and your reservation number.

 
What is security deposit?
 
"Security deposit" is the money held against any breakages or damage done to the property during the accommodation period and it should be paid in cash directly to the owner of an apartment or to a contact person on the day of arrival.
The security deposit will be returned in full to the client at the end of the reservation period provided there have been no breakages or damages to the accommodation by the guest.
The amount of security deposit depends on the apartment. You can consult it on the page that provides detailed description of the apartment, below the price list, and also on your booking confirmation.
 
How do I cancel my reservation?
 
If you cancel a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period. Please see our Cancellation policy in Terms&Conditions.
 
When is check-in or check out?
 
The official check in is after 02.00 p.m. and check-out is 11.00 a.m. We need at least 3 hours in order to clean the apartment and prepare it for your comfortable stay. If you need late check out please contact directly to the owner of the apartment (you can see his contact details on your booking confirmation).
 
How do I get the keys from the apartment?
 
The owner of the apartment or contact person will meet you in the flat on the day of arrival and will give you the keys once have showed the apartment and have explained all the details.
 
Do I need to clean the apartment before leaving?
 
The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after you leave, so you are not required to cleat it yourself, though the tenants are obliged to leave the apartment in reasonable condition.
 
When and how do I pay the rest of the balance?
 
The rest of the balance of the booking is to be paid in cash directly to the owner of the apartment or contact person upon arrival. Though there are owners who accept payments by credit card also, you can find this information in the Minimal requirements section of each apartment.
 
Do I have to bring anything with me?
 
All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, as well as fresh towels and bed linen, thus you do not need to bring along any additional equipment , only your personal belongings.
 
What if I need help or information during my stay?
 
If you need any help or information you can contact us by phone or email and will try our best to fix a problem. Out of working hours you can also contact us in case of emergency.
